Solution 04

Agrochemical Carrier Solution

Only for local formulators that already hold registration and run their own lines. We improve absorption, disintegration, sedimentation and anti-caking in WP/WG/SC formulations.

Only inertness and rheology — never registration or efficacy.
Agrochemical granules and formulation using inert silica carrier
Inert silica carrier for agrochemical WP/WG formulations — supporting absorption, disintegration and anti-caking without affecting registration or active efficacy.

Core value

  • Help formulators improve absorption, disintegration, sedimentation and anti-caking in WP/WG/SC, raising formulation stability.
  • Reduce dust, hard sediment, bottle residue and poor dispersion, improving production and end-use experience.
  • Speed the move from lab evaluation to formulation onboarding by testing around the specific dosage form.

On CS-WG180, an oil absorption of 200–250 g/100g with poured bulk density 100–160 g/L (ISO 60) supports active loading and disintegration in WP/WG carriers and SC anti-caking / rheology control.

Who it's for

  • Local formulators holding CIB&RC, DPP or equivalent registration / manufacturing licenses.
  • Agrochemical plants with WP, WG or SC formulation lines and a lab.
  • Technical customers who can clearly discuss absorption, disintegration, sedimentation and dust control.

Typical benchmarks: Evonik precipitated silica for agrochemical carriers, Quechen Silicon precipitated-silica carrier grades, Madhu Silica precipitated silica carrier grades.

We don't replicate brand premiums. We enter through niche applications, second-source / backup supply and multiple grades, and differentiate with profile screening, problem diagnosis and sample conversion.
